“Carry the Weight delivers Teixidor’s clearest verdict on leadership yet: it is not how high you climb, but how many people can climb because you held the ladder.”
Goodreads Reader Review
Read on Goodreads →“I was promoted to CSR manager six years ago with no training, just like Teixidor.”
“The EKS framework alone was worth the read.”
“The writing is plain and honest, no corporate fluff, and the end-of-chapter exercises pushed me to actually apply things instead of just nodding along.”
“If you’re a new manager who got promoted for being good at the job rather than knowing how to lead people, this is the manual nobody gave you. Highly recommend it.”
Goodreads Reader Review
Read on Goodreads →“This one is different because Teixidor leads with his failures.”
“Fair warning: the exercises at the end of each chapter will make you uncomfortable if you’re honest with them.”
